When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Employers posting jobs on Responsible AI Jobs agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate and complete job information
• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Pay applicable fees for job postings

We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or our community standards.

Job seekers using Responsible AI Jobs agree to:

• Provide accurate information in applications and profiles
• Not submit spam or fraudulent applications
• Respect the confidentiality of application processes

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Responsible AI Jobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Responsible AI Jobs (resumes, applications, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service.

Job posting fees are non-refundable except as required by law. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

No refunds will be issued for job postings that are removed or not approved for any of the following reasons:

• Fraudulent or scam job postings
• Misleading or inaccurate information
• Inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Violation of our community guidelines or these Terms of Service
• Duplicate postings or spam
• Posts that do not represent legitimate job opportunities

All job postings are subject to review. By posting a job, you confirm that you have authorization to post on behalf of the company and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify the accuracy of job postings or user information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Responsible AI Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
