Job Description Your tasks will include the following activities: Leading an international team of privacy and AI Compliance experts Responsible for Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence compliance, its continuous development and improvement globally Ensuring provision of high-quality advice and support on data compliance Responsible for drafting, implementation, managing and continuous improvement of policies, manuals, standards and processes relating to data and AI compliance Responsible for the implementation of a DPMS Supervising data compliance investigations and tracking of incidents and breaches and ensuring the rights of all data subjects following national and international laws Develop a data compliance strategy based on Compliance Department strategy and Compliance Management System and implement initiatives for the development of KPI and Compliance overall goals Develop and continuously improve a strategic and comprehensive data compliance program considering all relevant jurisdictions and internal regulations that enable consistent, effective data compliance practices to minimize risks of Artificial Intelligence as well as national and international data processing/transfer/use across all media type Implement and continuously improve data compliance governance and coordinate data compliance services, strategy, initiatives Continuously improve digitalization of data compliance and foster innovation by implementing and maintaining a global digital data compliance management system Actively drive and continuously improve data compliance risk assessment/analysis, mitigation and remediation Represent the company at and establish trustful relationships with government bodies like data protection authorities, prosecutors and other regulators Qualifications Academic Degree in Law or a comparable education Professional experience in the field of data privacy and artificial intelligence Project management experience in an international context Very good handling with MS Office software Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) Good communication skills and strong team player mentality Intercultural competence Passion for project management processes and systems Willingness to travel Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
