This team is in the center of all technology development, Compliance requirements, and new product enablement. Whether for an issuer, merchant, or fintech, the team is not only looking to create innovative solutions that resonate with clients but also for the end consumer. As the world shifts towards agentic commerce, we are looking for an operations-oriented product manager that will be at the forefront of optimizing processes across all internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that automate and optimize business processes across product operations, implementation, and product delivery. This role will drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives, leveraging advanced AI and agentic technologies to deliver measurable impact for all functional areas.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services - to identify automation opportunities, architect AI driven solutions, and ensure successful integration and adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI agent creation with strategic vision and strong business acumen.
The person should be a thought leader and familiar with the up-to-date development of the industry in these areas, have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, be an analytical and structured thinker as well as with extensive experience in customer/partner interaction, management, and software solution delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
6 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Possess deep technical knowledge and a skill for translating our current and future capabilities into actionable product strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and business teams.

9 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages. Experience with AI agent frameworks (Lang Chain, OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)
Strong understanding of ML, deep learning, NLP, and data pipeline development.
Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way and strong documentation skills.
Knowledge of Copilot Studio Agent Builder, and the use of application connectors for task agents.
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and working with Vector databases.
Prior coding experience.
Experience in payments, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments
