To Be Successful, You Must Have: High fluency in the science of assessment, and a unique ability to communicate that science to stakeholders who are using assessment outcomes to infer our people’s capabilities. Experience bringing leadership development theory into practice. Acumen in Validity, Reliability, Adverse Impact and other Assessment Standards. Extensive experience in assessment validation studies and understanding of why they are important in areas like Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Leadership. A background in I/O Psychology. Perhaps you are a Behavioral Scientist!
