Job Description

The Risk Analytics, Modeling and Validation role involves the development, enhancement, and validation of methods for measuring and analyzing all types of risks, including market, credit, and operational. In areas related to credit risk, individuals in this role develop, enhance, and validate models for measuring obligor credit risk, or early warning tools that monitor the credit risk of corporate or consumer customers, besides being involved in Loss Given Default studies. They also develop and maintain key risk parameters like default and rating migration data, usage given default data and transition matrices. This role is vital to the company as it provides a scientific and systematic approach to assessing and mitigating risks, thereby ensuring the company's financial stability, protecting its assets, and supporting its overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

The role is typically for Model Validator.
Perform model validations, annual model reviews, ongoing monitoring reviews (on Low and Medium Model Risk Rating (MRR) models) and model limitation remediation reviews for one or more model / product type (e.g., precious metals models) under the supervision of a Validation Lead (VL)
Provide effective challenge to the model development process on Low / Medium MRR models in the specific model / product type, in accordance with the Citi Model Risk Management Policy.
Evaluating testing approach and results for individual models in accordance with MRM guidance
Assessing the ongoing performance monitoring of the models
Contributing to regulatory and internal audit related responses
Collaborating with other teams within Risk and the Business regarding qualitative models to facilitate compliance with our policies, procedures, and guidance. 
Assisting with preparing the reports and other meeting materials to MRM senior management.
Supporting the process of designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining best-in-class qualitative model validation process standards, guidance, practices, templates, and other documentation.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience
Experience in Quantitative Finance, Risk management, Analytics, Model Development or Model Validation is preferred.

Good analytic, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Adept and meticulous at analysis and documentation of results.

Description: Sunflower Bank is seeking a Model Risk Analyst to join its Enterprise Risk Management Department. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the bank-wide Model Risk Management (MRM) program, focusing on the annual assessment process, maintaining the model inventory, assisting in planning model validation, independent validation, and ongoing monitoring of quantitative models. This role ensures that models—used for credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, capital planning, and BSA/AML—are conceptually sound, documented according to policy, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., SR 26-2). Primary Responsibilities Maintain the model inventory, ensuring it is up-to-date by confirming assigned models have correct attributes (status, owner, risk tier, review dates, etc.). Assist in model identification, classification, and risk rating. Monitor the end-to-end issues management lifecycle of findings resulting from model validations, including tracking remediation progress and verifying closure documentation. Ensure key details (assumptions, inputs, purpose, limitations) are clearly recorded in model documentation. Validate authentication mechanisms — OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA implementations, and JWT — and how they extend into AI-specific surfaces such as agent identity, per-user tool scoping, and prompt-level authorization. Assess session management, secrets handling, and data-flow controls in AI applications, including how user data ends up in prompts, logs, vector stores, and model fine-tunes. Execute client-side testing using browser dev tools and proxy-based inspection, evaluating DOM-based vulnerabilities, insecure local storage, and AI-driven client behaviors (e.g., embedded copilots and in-page agents). Test REST and GraphQL APIs using a combination of dynamic, manual, and automated methods; extend the same rigor to model and agent APIs. Build, maintain, and contribute to Evolve Security’s AI red team methodology, payload libraries, evaluation harnesses, and reporting templates — and serve as the firm-wide reviewer for AI-related findings. Mentor mid-level penetration testing engineers and OSOC analysts through paired testing, technical review, knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributions to internal training and the academy. The Sr. Manager, AI Audit & Automation designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI and automation solutions that transform how audit work is planned, executed, and evidenced. Role Overview As a Construction/ Architect Analyst - AI Evaluation Team at REAL, you will work hands-on with real estate, construction, and asset-related data, turning complex source materials into structured, high-quality inputs that power our platform. This is a highly operational role with a strong analytical component. You will work closely with lease agreements, property documents, construction-related materials, plans, budgets, reports, and asset data, primarily within the U.S. commercial real estate market. The role is ideal for someone with a background in U.S. commercial real estate, construction analysis, development, property management, or PropTech who enjoys working with documents, data, and details, and can help make messy information structured, accurate, and scalable. What You'll Do Review and process real estate and construction-related documents, including leases, property data, plans, reports, budgets, and project materials Extract key data points from contracts, property documents, and construction-related sources into structured systems Work with U.S. commercial real estate, property, construction, and asset-management terminology Clean, organize, and validate large volumes of data Identify inconsistencies, missing information, anomalies, and document gaps, and help resolve them Analyze construction and property-related inputs to support accurate data structuring and evaluation Work closely with internal teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product needs Support onboarding of new customer data into the system Maintain high data quality and accuracy standards Improve internal workflows and data handling processes over time Gradually build deeper domain expertise in real estate, construction, and customer use cases What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in, U.S. commercial real estate, construction analysis, property management, development, or PropTech Experience working with property documents, construction documents, leases, contracts, budgets, reports, or plans background in CRE, development, construction, architecture, asset management, property management, or operations roles involving construction plans, lease data, and/or financial data — strong advantage Native-level English — must; ability to read, write, and understand professional documents, contracts, reports, and technical materials in English Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy Comfortable working with data; Excel / Google Sheets required Analytical mindset and ability to identify issues, gaps, and inconsistencies in data Ability to work independently and handle operational tasks at scale Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Technical curiosity and willingness to work with data systems and AI-driven workflows Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
