Join the JPMSE Compliance team as a Compliance Vice President, reporting functionally to the EMEA Head of Data & AI CCOR. The role is partnering effectively with local management, Line of Business (LOB) and global/regional Compliance teams as well as Internal Audit, Operational Risk and other Control functions. This position is committed to shaping the future of compliance frameworks and driving meaningful change throughout the organization. As a Privacy, Data & AI Compliance Vice President within out Compliance team, you will provide oversight, subject matter expertise, and support to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and the EU AI Act, and you will contribute to reports to senior management and governance committees. You will play a key role in the management, analysis, and oversight of compliance risks from a second line perspective. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of risk mitigation strategies, provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders, and providing oversight of the firm’s compliance with evolving Data, Privacy and AI regulations across the EMEA region. Job responsibilities * Lead and support the maintenance of the Compliance Program for the firm’s European entities, focusing on Data, Privacy, and AI risk. * Provide subject matter expertise to senior stakeholders and business partners on Data Privacy and AI Risk, policies, and regulatory issues. * Identify and raise potential concerns and challenge on business activities with regards toGlobal Investment Bank & Global Corporate Bank including Banking, Payments, Securities Services, Markets as well as to the Private Bank and International Consumer Bank business activities. * Oversee and support 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) Data, Privacy & AI program, including analysis of new business initiatives and products. * Provide compliance subject matter expertise & challenge on regional and firmwide projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. * Develop and deliver training and communication programs to enhance employee awareness of Data, Privacy and AI obligations. * Oversee the 1LOD Data, Privacy & AI processes and controls and challenge any potential concerns. Support the development and execution of 1LOD Data Risk testing activities. * Compile and analyse management information, identifying trends and emerging risks. * Maintain expert knowledge of current and future Data, Privacy and AI regulations impacting the EMEA region. * Build and maintain strong relationships with business, control, and operational risk teams across the organization. * Represent the function in regulatory exams, internal audits, and governance forums as required. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Significant prior experience in Data, Privacy and AI or other related experience (such as compliance, legal, audit or risk).Proven experience in interpreting and applying regulations such as GDPR, EU AI Act, relevant German Law and other applicable EMEA Privacy and AI laws in the banking sector; experience with retail business activity. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. * Sound understanding of controls, risk metrics and reports. Detail-oriented, with a high level of attention to quality in work products. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely to senior management. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English. * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of building credibility and effective partnerships with senior stakeholders. * Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a global organization. * High energy, self-directed, and proactive, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Experience in a second line Compliance or Risk Management, or related function within financial services. * Broad-based IT skills and with relevant applications. * Ability to extract, interpret, and present data-driven insights to support Compliance, Privacy, and Risk Management objectives. Job Summary Equinix is looking for a Sr. Principal of AI & Machine Learning Governance, who will report directly into the Chief Data Scientist & AI Officer. This individual will be responsible for establishing, operationalizing, and continuously improving the enterprise-wide governance framework for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics. They will ensure that all AI/ML initiatives across the company are safe, reliable, transparent, lawful, and aligned with Equinix’s business goals and objectives. This role will partner with our AI, Product Management, Data Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Legal teams, to define and enforce governance standards that drive responsible and high-impact AI innovation. The Director will serve as a strategic advisor and program owner, shaping the company’s overall AI governance roadmap and ensuring that AI/ML solutions meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and organizational risk tolerance. LLM Governance and AI Platforms Establish governance models for enterprise use of foundation models and generative AI technologies. Define architectural guardrails for AI orchestration frameworks and implement safety mechanisms. Governance policies will ensure responsible AI usage, secure prompt management, and compliance with enterprise data protection requirements. AI Threat Modeling and Advanced Security Lead AI threat modeling and risk assessments using frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Address advanced AI security areas including AI supply chain security, model provenance verification, and security controls for autonomous AI agents. AI Security Monitoring and Observability Design monitoring capabilities for AI systems to ensure continuous oversight of model behavior, performance, and security posture. Regulatory Compliance Ensure that enterprise AI systems comply with global healthcare regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act. Preferred AI Security Tooling Experience with emerging AI security platforms and tooling such as Lakera, ProtectAI, HiddenLayer, NVIDIA AI security stack, Garak LLM vulnerability scanner, and Microsoft PyRIT for AI red teaming is highly desirable. Qualifications Minimum 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with at least 6+ years in enterprise security architecture roles. Demonstrated experience securing AI platforms. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and experience designing security architecture for modern data and AI platforms. Preferred Certifications CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, or ISSAP certifications are preferred. What You’ll Do § Coordinate enterprise governance activities across AI, data, analytics, and reporting by managing calendars, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking commitments through completion. § Serve as a central point of coordination across business, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teams, supporting stakeholder onboarding, information flow, and ongoing alignment as governance decisions evolve. § Maintain centralized, audit‑ready governance documentation and support tools such as inventories, risk registers, and tracking mechanisms that provide transparency and regulatory readiness. § Monitor emerging data and AI regulations and standards, assisting with impact assessments, summaries, and leadership updates to support responsible and compliant use of data and AI. § Help define requirements for dashboards, reporting, and communications that give leaders and stakeholders visibility into governance progress, risks, and program health. § Build and maintain knowledge of data governance, AI governance, and industry frameworks, contributing to continuous process improvements that make governance more effective, scalable, and user‑friendly. Strong statistical and quantitative skills - e.g., regression, time series, stochastic processes, Monte Carlo methods is preferred. Familiarity with financial risk modeling techniques and software like QRM, particularly those used in IRRBB, balance sheet management, and liquidity/treasury models. Requirements

Strong practical knowledge of insurance, finance, investments and/or mathematical or statistical Modeling
Strong programming skills and modeling experience to validate various model methodologies, calculations and processes
Ability to design, document, and communicate the validation process to risk committees and Management
Technical proficiency in SQL and cloud-based platforms (Snowflake preferred)
Technical proficiency in programming languages (Python and R preferred)
Ability to adapt to newer platforms that may be adopted to boost usage of ML/AI for process automation/validation

Meet the team: The Dexcom Enterprise Information Security team is hiring a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer – Application and AI Security to act as the technical expert in both Application and AI security. This role includes leading initiatives, working closely with other teams to protect IT applications, and helping automate and implement security measures throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The engineer will also deploy tools and controls to strengthen application security. Reporting to the APAC IT team, with a dotted line of oversight from the Enterprise Product Security team, this position serves as a strategic representative for InfoSec among global application, infrastructure, and compliance teams. As Dexcom's Information Security program expands, this job offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. Where you come in: You will perform security reviews on cloud workloads and applications; document findings and collaborate with service owners for remediation. You will use tools like CSPM, AISPM, SCA, SAST, and DAST to identify and prioritize risks; assist in correlating findings from platforms such as Wiz, Apiiro, Snyk, and Qualys. You are to represent InfoSec in application/system design reviews and code reviews. You will manage AppSec technology and integrate and automate security testing tools into the SDLC. Integrate and automate SAST, SCA, and DAST technology into the SDLC. You will assist in implementing defenses for AI-related risks such as prompt injection, data poisoning, and sensitive information leakage in AI-driven applications. You will support safe adoption of GenAI services by following InfoSec guidelines and industry best practices; contribute to developing guardrails for AI model usage. You will participate in evaluating new security technologies and assist in proof-of-concept implementations. You must collaborate in technical discussions, providing input to ensure designs meet baseline security controls. You will provide consulting and influence other teams to mature application security. What makes you successful: You possess a BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Your 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT; 2+ years hands-on securing public cloud environments. Your Strong understanding of AppSec technology such as OWASP, IAM, OAuth, API Gateways, secrets management, WAF, SAST, DAST, open-source security tools, code reviews, etc. Your strong understanding of security controls and compliance of SaaS platforms. Your proficiency in development technology such as CI/CD, GitHub, microservices, APIs, REST, etc. You understand web app technologies such as HTML, PHP, Java, and/or Drupal. Your ability to work within an Agile/Scrum framework and to manage work in Jira. Your Proficiency in communicating technical concepts both verbally and in written documentation. You Demonstrate success influencing peers/partners without direct authority. Your scripting/automation experience (Python or Go) and understanding of Windows, Linux, containers/Kubernetes.
