The Responsible AI team at LinkedIn serves as the centralized hub of excellence for AI and Data Science, spearheading the technical and organizational strategy to ensure trust, compliance, and safety for all LinkedIn members and clients. We ensure LinkedIn’s AI solutions are aligned with principles of Fairness, Inclusion, Transparency, and now, advanced post-training LLM alignment work. Our work involves fine-tuning and aligning large language models with LinkedIn’s core principles, focusing on critical areas such as privacy, fairness, explainability, safety, hallucination reduction, and robustness.

This team drives applied research and the development of scalable, industry-leading solutions across LinkedIn's AI platforms, models, and products.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct independent, hands-on research into the state-of-the-art in differential privacy, secure computation, and privacy-preserving machine learning.
Evaluate, adapt, and implement advanced algorithmic approaches to optimize for data utility and privacy guarantees in production environments.
Establish and manage rigorous evaluation frameworks to quantify the fidelity, utility, and privacy guarantees of generated and anonymized data.
Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and governance specialists to ensure the seamless integration and adoption of new privacy capabilities across the enterprise.
Develop privacy-first training algorithms and techniques
Develop evaluation and auditing techniques to measure the privacy of training algorithms
Design and prototype privacy-preserving machine-learning algorithms (e.g., differential privacy, secure aggregation, federated learning) that can be deployed at enterprise scale.

Measure and strengthen model robustness against privacy attacks such as membership inference, model inversion, and data memorization leaks—balancing utility with provable guarantees.
Develop internal libraries, evaluation suites, and documentation that make cutting-edge privacy techniques accessible to engineering and research teams.
Lead deep-dive investigations into the privacy–performance trade-offs of large models, publishing insights that inform model-training and product-safety decisions.
Define and codify privacy standards, threat models, and audit procedures that guide the entire ML lifecycle—from dataset curation to post-deployment monitoring.
Collaborate across Security, Policy, Product, and Legal to translate evolving regulatory requirements into practical technical safeguards and tooling.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

At least one year of experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent.
4+ years of overall experience in AI or ML Engineering.
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ years of overall industry and/or full time research experience.
PhD in Privacy, Security, & Trust or a related discipline.
Extensive experience with Differential Privacy, Federated Learning, AI Modeling, and other related solutions.
Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating with various teams across the organization including Engineering, Product, Legal/Compliance, etc.

Compensation:

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $170,000 - $277,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

The Data and AI Governance Manager is a leadership role responsible for designing, embedding, and continuously maturing the enterprise-wide framework that governs how data and AI are sourced, managed, protected and deployed across the organization.

Operating at the intersection of data strategy, AI risk, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated financial services environment, the role ensures the organization's practices align with industry standards including DCAM, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001, while proactively managing emerging AI and data risks.

The manager works in close relationships with Data & AI engineering, Risk & Compliance, Legal and Business Units to translate policies into operational practices and embed a culture of responsible data and AI use. Reporting directly to the VP, Data and AI, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the organization’s governance posture as it scales its AI capabilities and navigates on evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Job Functions

Strategy & Framework Design
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data & AI Governance framework, aligned to DCAM maturity levels, NIST AI RMF core functions, and ISO 42001 requirements.
- Own & Direct the development and lifecycle management of data governance policies, AI governance standards, data quality rules, and metadata management practices across all business domains.
- Partner in driving the organization's AI governance roadmap, ensuring AI systems are inventoried, risk-classified, and governed through structured review and approval processes prior to deployment.
- Define and maintain a clear governance operating model, including data stewardship accountabilities, decision rights, escalation paths, and governance council structures.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline governance workflows, improve metadata curation and strengthen quality and compliance monitoring.
Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure ongoing alignment with FHFA and other relevant regulations and emerging AI-specific regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions of operation.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to identify data and AI-related risks, define controls, and ensure gaps are tracked and remediated in a timely manner.
- Monitor the organization's DCAM assessment scores and NIST AI RMF profile, conducting periodic gap analyses and preparing executive-level maturity reports for the VP, Data & AI and senior stakeholders.
- Champion responsible and ethical AI practices, including fairness, explainability, transparency, and accountability requirements in alignment with ISO 42001 and internal AI ethics principles.
Data Quality & Stewardship
- Establish and embed enterprise data quality standards and measurement frameworks, working with Data Stewards across business domains to drive accountability and remediation.
- Oversee data classification, critical data element identification, metadata management, and Collibra DIC management to ensure consistent governance across all data domains.
- Facilitate the Data Governance Council and domain stewardship forums, preparing agenda, tracking actions, and ensuring governance decisions are documented and communicated effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement & Culture
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Business, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Legal & Compliance to gain buy-in, embed governance accountabilities, and resolve cross-functional data and AI governance issues.
- Advocate for a data-literate and AI-responsible culture by developing awareness programs, training curricula, and communication strategies that build governance knowledge across the organization.
- Influence product and technology decisions by providing governance counsel during the design and procurement of data systems, AI platforms, and third-party AI tools.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage & Develop a high-performing team of five governance professionals, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Allocate team capacity and resources effectively across governance tasks and initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and outcomes.
- Mentor team members on data governance methodologies, AI risk concepts, and industry frameworks to build internal capability and career growth.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the data governance team, optimizing investment across tools - for example metrics dashboard, AWS expenses, training etc.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Define and maintain a suite of governance KPIs and KRIs (e.g., data quality scores, AI risk incident rates, policy compliance rates, stewardship coverage) reported to the VP, Data & AI on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Minimum Experience

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in data governance, data management, AI governance, or risk & compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks using DCAM, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, or equivalent standards.
Proven track record of managing governance programs in a regulated financial services environment.
Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives and operating governance bodies such as Data Councils, AI Review Boards, or Stewardship Forums.
Hands-on experience with data governance tooling (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview, or similar) and familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management platforms.
Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and translate governance concepts into business value.

Pay Range $181,000 to $205,500

U.S. FinTech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. Aladdin Financial Engineering (AFE)

AFE is a diverse and global team with a keen interest and expertise in all things related to technology and financial analytics. We are seeking a hands-on Quantitative Associate to join the Portfolio Risk team within AFE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data and code, has strong attention to detail, and is motivated to build practical, production-ready risk models and analytics used by real investment professionals.

This is an individual contributor role focused on quantitative research, model development, testing, and implementation. Formal project management responsibilities are not required, but the role does require strong ownership of work, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders across regions.

The Portfolio Risk team develops and maintains a broad set of analytics, including:

Multi-factor Linear risk models

Value-at-Risk (VaR) methodologies

Volatility and covariance matrix estimation

These models are widely used across Aladdin and directly influence investment and risk management decisions. As a result, the team places strong emphasis on model rigor, governance, scalability, and transparency.

What You Will Do

Research, design, and back-test portfolio risk models using Python-based infrastructure

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Model validation (60%)

Support the Director of Behavioral Analytics Model Validation in the development and execution of overall validation work plan
Independently validate and/or guide junior analyst(s) to validate new and existing AML, Fraud and other customer behavioral analytics models with a concentration on models used for BMO Canada, US and international lines of business.
Ensure the assigned validation projects are completed within required timeline and in compliance with the model risk management framework requirement.
Provide effective challenge and communicate identified model risk to the first line model owners and developers to ensure the risk are well understood and mitigation actions are taken; escalating where necessary to senior management.
Provide consultancy to the senior management and first line model owner and developer regarding the technical model issues of the AML and fraud models.
Report writing and model inventory data attributes maintenance.
Keep abreast of latest development in financial crime and AI/ML modeling techniques.

Managerial Leadership (25%)

Host regulator update meeting on assigned projects to both MV senior management and the first line model owners and developers.
Provide day-to-day supervision and training to the junior analyst, and review work completed by the reporting analyst before the draft report and recommendation are submitted to MV Director for approval
Support the MV director to identify and implement improvement to work, process and systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
Support various ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management, internal audit and regulators
Manage HR administration requests of the junior analyst

Governance (15%)

Assist the MV Director to ensure all models covered by the team meet the requirement of the Enterprise Model Risk Management Framework, e.g., all AML and fraud models used by the bank are validated and approved and issues identified are mitigated properly.
Support the MV Director to ensure all validation review work is conducted in accordance to defined model validation process, and in compliance with all bank and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Analyst, Model Monitoring is a role (Individual Contributor) within the India Analytics Hub (IAH), operating under the Decision Management vertical and plays a critical role in the post-deployment monitoring of credit and decision models across the enterprise. This individual is responsible for executing performance tracking routines, developing dashboards, supporting performance investigations, and collaborating with model owners and risk stakeholders to ensure models remain accurate, explainable, and compliant. Essential Responsibilities

About the Role

Context for the role:

The M&G plc Risk and Compliance function: 

Assists the Board to formulate, implement and monitor adherence to the Risk Appetite and Limit framework, risk management plans, risk policies, risk reporting and risk identification processes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent validation of a range of models used across M&G plc (e.g. capital, pricing, valuations) to provide assurance on the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of models used within an organization. This involves conducting independent reviews of models, assumptions, and methodologies to identify potential risks or weaknesses. Following completion of the validation, you will be responsible for summarising the results of the validation and present these in a succinct manner to relevant committees and senior stakeholders as well as agree any actions with the model owners.

We’re seeking someone to join our team as an AI Enablement Associate.

Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.

The Wealth Management GenAI Team is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement across Wealth Management. The team is responsible for deploying advanced tools, platforms, and solutions that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. We oversee content creation, management, and governance to ensure the highest content quality for our AI system to utilize. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and evolution in this rapidly changing space.

Position Summary

Provide high-impact administrative and governance support to the WM GenAI team, ensuring efficient meeting operations, accurate documentation, and consistent stakeholder communication. Your role coordinates complex calendars and meeting logistics, prepares agendas and materials, captures and distributes minutes and action items, and maintains committee artifacts (templates, charters, version control) to support ample governance and compliance. The WMAI Governance Associate will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, the position supports attestations and documentation completeness for low-risk use cases while partnering across internal teams to keep processes running smoothly.

What you'll do in the role:

Provide administrative support to the WM GenAI LCR team and the WM GenAI PRC, including ad hoc tasks such as preparing agendas, compiling reports and coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for the WM GenAI team and the WM GenAI PRC as well as sending calendar invites and ensuring all required participants are informed.
Documentation: Ensure and organize meeting documentation including documenting meeting minutes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and distributing summaries to stakeholders and appropriate committees. Organize and maintain committee documentation, including templates, charters, and version control logs.
Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record committee member attendance for governance and compliance purposes.
Presentation Support: Update and maintain PowerPoint decks for committee meetings and related presentations.
Site Management: Update, maintain, and manage WM GenAI sites including maintaining the Jive site with current information and resources for team members.
Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to governance processes and assist in collecting attestations and ensuring documentation completeness for low-risk use cases.
Guidance and Direction: Work under minimal guidance and direction to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll bring to the role:

2-4 years experience in risk or related function, preferably dealing with AI and emerging technologies.
Experience at a financial services institution preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Considerable organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Awareness/commercial experience with AI technologies.
Familiarity with SharePoint and/or Jive site administration.
Understanding of governance processes.
Experience with common Morgan Stanley project management tools (i.e. MCS, TAI, iShield) and software.

What is the opportunity?

As an Associate Director, Enterprise Model Risk Management (EMRM) in our Group Risk Management (GRM) team, you will execute and document validations of the Bank’s enterprise-wide credit risk rating systems and methodologies, with focus on Wholesale and Retail credit risk systems, including acquisition & account management models, as well as Wholesale, Retail, and Margin Lending AIRB parameters (Probability of Default (“PD”), Loss given Default (“LGD”) and Exposure at Default (“EAD”)) used in both regulatory and economic capital. You will develop and implement tools and methodologies required to underpin credit risk systems and parameters validation, and provide insightful robust analyses of credit risk systems, acquisition & account management models and risk quantification validations.

What will you do?

Perform ongoing Wholesale and Retail credit risk systems including acquisition & account management models as well as parameters validations and provide insightful analysis of validation results
Perform a wide range of data reconciliations and analyses, e.g. organizing, interpreting and analyzing data using various statistical techniques catered for validation purposes
Execute and document appropriate quantitative and qualitative tests, review of the logic and conceptual soundness of credit risk rating systems, acquisition & account management models, as well as parameters and their inputs, accuracy, sensitivity, back testing, benchmarking etc.
Develop and enhance approaches tailored to timelines and data availability, utilizing detailed or 80/20 solutions, and quantitative and/or qualitative approaches, as appropriate
Deliver validation findings and elicit feedback and remediation action plans / solutions from model stakeholders
Ensure project and risk objectives are accomplished within approved timeframes and complied with regulatory requirements, model risk policy and model operating standards

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Model development or model validation experience, preferably related to credit risk models used within the financial services industry. A strong understanding of credit risk modeling theories, principles and industry best practices.
Strong conceptual, analytical, detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills – Python, SAS, SQL and Excel required; similar open-source programming languages (i.e. R, or Scala, PySpark) and code sharing solutions (Github) are essential
Solid understand various data system structures/processes and how they affect the inputs and outputs of credit risk data. Comfortable working with large data sets
Experience with artificial intelligence / machine learning modeling techniques as well as logistic regression modeling techniques; experience with Python modules used in training deep learning models (e.g. torch).
Effective presentation and communication skills, with strong written capabilities essential. Strong consensus-building skills. Works well in teams
Execute with urgency while maintaining quality and efficiency; adapt to shifting priorities, coupled with a sense of urgency
Post graduate degree in a quantitative field of study (i.e. PhD, Master of Mathematical Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related quantitative field).

Nice-to-have

Ability to work in Unix, Teradata Data Warehouse and/or Hive Data Lake environments
Experience with Hadoop, Spark and similar data storage and processing tools. Experience with deep learning methodologies. Familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tools

The Power Platform & Copilot Studio Administrator is a senior Information Technology professional responsible for governance, oversight, security hardening, and enterprise-wide management of Aramark’s Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments, as well as other approved AI solutions (Copilot, Claude, and Gemini) used across the enterprise. This role serves as the central platform owner and gatekeeper, with authority to approve, deny, remediate, or retire Power Platform environments, Copilot agents, apps, flows, and related AI capabilities, while providing best-practice guidance to ensure safe, compliant, and effective use by makers and end users. In addition, this role acts as an overall Microsoft product specialist—advising stakeholders on recommended Microsoft solutions and best practices for their needs, and guiding users through migrations from other platforms to Microsoft tools.

Job Responsibilities

Platform Governance & Ownership
• Act as the authoritative owner for Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and provide governance oversight for other approved AI solutions (Copilot, Claude, and Gemini).
• Approve or deny environments, Copilot agents, apps, flows, and AI usage patterns/requests for enterprise-managed Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and Gemini in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define and enforce standards for architecture, connectors, licensing, data handling, retention, and DLP policies.
• Establish and maintain usage guidelines and guardrails for safe and compliant adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Microsoft Product Advisory & Migration Enablement
• Serve as a Microsoft product specialist, translating business requirements into recommended Microsoft solutions (e.g., M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot) and reference architectures.
• Provide best-practice guidance on solution selection, information architecture, security and compliance considerations, and adoption patterns to maximize value and reduce risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess current-state tooling and usage (including non-Microsoft platforms), identify gaps, and define an actionable modernization roadmap.
• Guide users through migrations from other platforms to Microsoft tools, including planning, data/content migration approach, governance alignment, and change-management support.
• Document standards, decision trees, and reusable playbooks to ensure consistent solution recommendations and repeatable migration outcomes.

Security, Risk, and Compliance
• Partner with IT Security, Privacy, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture to implement and continuously improve governance controls across Power Platform and other AI solutions.
• Work with Information Security to ensure security hardening activities (configuration baselines, access controls, monitoring, auditing, and secure-by-default standards).
• Ensure compliance with data protection, licensing, and AI governance standards, including appropriate classification and acceptable-use guidance for users.

Hands-On Administration & Remediation
• Perform hands-on administration for complex scenarios and escalations spanning Power Platform/Copilot Studio and other approved AI solutions, as applicable.
• Monitor and remediate non-compliant agents and usage; coordinate incident response and corrective actions as needed.
• Shut down, quarantine, or retire non-compliant or high-risk assets in accordance with governance and security policies.

Enablement & Executive Communication
• Provide best-practice guidance, documentation, and training to makers and end users on approved AI solution usage, risks, and safe operating standards.
• Enable developers with guardrails, reusable patterns, and secure design standards to accelerate delivery while reducing risk.
• Translate complex technical and governance concepts into clear executive-level guidance, status, and recommendations.

5+ years of experience in Information Technology.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI Security Architect to support the secure design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will work closely with data science and engineering teams, product owners, cloud/platform teams, and the security architecture and operations groups to define and implement security requirements that enable compliant, resilient, and trustworthy AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AI/ML engineering, data engineering, platform, and application teams to gather and analyze AI security requirements (data sourcing, model training, inference, integrations, and operational workflows).
Define and document secure reference architectures for AI/ML and GenAI workloads across cloud and enterprise environments, including patterns for model hosting, RAG, agents, API exposure, and third-party model consumption.
Perform threat modeling for AI systems (training and inference) including risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, model inversion/extraction, insecure plugins/tools, and supply chain risks.
Establish security controls for data protection across the AI lifecycle: dataset governance, data minimization, labeling/classification alignment, encryption, key management, secrets handling, and secure data access patterns.
Define requirements and guardrails for GenAI safety and misuse prevention, including content filtering, prompt/response logging strategy, abuse detection, and safe tool execution.
Partner with IAM teams to implement least-privilege access for AI platforms, model endpoints, feature stores/vector databases, and supporting pipelines (service-to-service auth, token handling, RBAC/ABAC).
Review and approve AI solution designs, ensuring alignment with security policies, regulatory expectations, and enterprise standards (secure SDLC/DevSecOps).
Define requirements for model governance and assurance (model provenance, versioning, artifact integrity, evaluation/validation controls, documentation, and auditability).
Work with security operations to integrate AI platforms into monitoring and incident response, including logging requirements, detection use cases, and response playbooks for AI-specific incidents.
Contribute to security standards and best practices: “when to use enterprise controls vs platform-native controls,” secure configuration baselines, and reusable implementation guidance.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in security architecture/engineering, with demonstrated experience securing cloud-native applications and APIs (AI/ML experience required).
Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI solution patterns (model training vs inference, RAG, vector databases, agents/tool use, model endpoints).
Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable security controls and architecture decisions.
Experience with cloud security fundamentals (network segmentation, IAM, encryption, secrets management, logging/monitoring) in at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on experience with application security and API security (authN/authZ, OWASP Top 10, secure SDLC, threat modeling).
Familiarity with AI/ML security risks and mitigations (prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreaks, model theft, poisoning, insecure dependencies).
Strong communication skills—able to document and present complex technical topics to engineering and leadership audiences.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

Project Overview

We are seeking experienced bilingual evaluators to support a multilingual AI safety project focused on evaluating model responses across culturally specific prompt-image datasets.

This project involves applying a structured safety rubric to assess AI-generated responses for appropriateness, safety, and reliability within the target locale’s cultural context.

Each language stream will process approximately 1,000 prompt-image pairs. Every item will receive two independent evaluations, with arbitration applied in cases of disagreement. Evaluations will primarily be documented in English, with a defined in-language sample.

Weekly Commitment: 20–40 hours per week

Schedule Options:

• 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday

What we’re looking for:

Deep AI/ML or data platform product experience, including building or scaling products that rely on model training data, user data, or complex backend systems; experience in AI safety, responsible AI, or AI compliance is a strong plus.
Proven success driving cross-company, multi-year programs at a Staff/Principal level (or equivalent), especially in ambiguous problem spaces that require both strategic frameworks and hands-on execution.
Experience working closely with Legal, Privacy, Policy, and Security teams to operationalize regulatory or policy requirements into product features, data controls, and platform capabilities.
Fluency with data and governance concepts—comfortable reasoning about data classification, lineage, retention, opt-outs, and enforcement, and partnering with technical teams to define robust measurement and monitoring.
Track record of building or scaling compliance or governance tooling, such as policy engines, inventories/registries, detection or labeling systems, approval workflows, or audit and reporting capabilities.
Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to align executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners around a clear point of view on AI risk, compliance tradeoffs, and sequencing.
Comfort operating in fast-changing regulatory and technical environments, with a bias toward pragmatic, principle-driven solutions that protect users and the business while enabling innovation.
Ability to lead and operate in highly ambiguous environments and execute with urgency.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
