Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is looking to make a difference in the world of AI - Ethics & Governance. The role is focused on somebody with a data science interest as opposed to software developing or coding. We will be investing in your training, covering product and service offerings, technical standards and also once training completed, to move forward on a pathway to complete Lead Auditor certifications.

The AI Security Field CTO, Americas will be part of the Field AI Engineering team which is a unique group of professionals combining strong technical expertise, mostly rooted in a software engineering background, with excellent customer-facing skills. What You'll Do: Work closely with our customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success teams to deliver best-in-class AI security product in the market. Build product demos, as well as demonstrate the product for strategic accounts and high-profile meetings. Drive AI Security deal success by handling complex technical sales engagements. Break down strategic product-related goals into actionable tasks and manage the execution of these tasks across all relevant departments. Conduct product research, write detailed product design documents, and manage the end-to-end execution to deliver the feature. Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams. Support sales in large opportunities, RFI/RFP, and collect requirements and gaps. Sales enablement and deep product collateral creation. Lead and support complex customer deployments, from initial design through implementation and validation. Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle, contributing wherever needed to ensure successful outcomes. The Senior Application Security Tester & AI Red Team Subject Matter Expert is a senior-level offensive security role for a tester who has mastered modern web and API security and is now defining how Evolve Security tests AI-enabled applications, large language models, and agentic systems. This role wears two hats: hands-on senior application penetration tester for our most complex client engagements, and the firm-wide subject matter expert who builds, scales, and represents Evolve Security’s AI red team practice. The senior tester executes assessments with full autonomy, owns the technical relationship with client security and engineering leadership, mentors mid-level engineers and OSOC analysts, and is the recognized internal authority on offensive AI/ML testing methodology, tooling, and threat modeling. Typical Experience: 5–8+ years of offensive security experience with a deep concentration in web application and API penetration testing, plus demonstrable hands-on work testing AI/ML systems — LLM-backed applications, RAG pipelines, fine-tuned models, multi-agent systems, or production ML inference. A track record of dozens of completed assessments, published research, conference talks, CVEs, or open-source contributions is expected. Domain Expertise: Mastery of web application and API security beyond the OWASP Top 10 — business logic abuse, complex authentication and authorization flows (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SAML, JWT, mTLS), SSRF chains, deserialization, request smuggling, prototype pollution, and modern SPA / GraphQL attack surface. Equally fluent in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and OWASP ML Top 10 — prompt injection (direct, indirect, multi-modal), jailbreaks and safety bypasses, insecure output handling, training data poisoning and extraction, model denial of service, supply chain vulnerabilities in model and plugin ecosystems, excessive agency in agentic systems, sensitive data leakage from system prompts and embeddings, and vector store / RAG poisoning. Technical Skills: Expert with the modern offensive toolchain — Burp Suite Pro (including custom extensions), OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, Postman, Nmap, Metasploit, BloodHound — and able to build bespoke tooling when the off-the-shelf option falls short. Comfortable with AI red-teaming tooling such as Garak, PyRIT, Promptfoo, Giskard, and adversarial ML libraries, and confident designing custom evaluation harnesses against client-specific LLM and agent stacks. Strong scripting and small-tool development in Python, with working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, Bash, and PowerShell. Familiar with the components of modern AI applications: vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), embedding models, retrieval pipelines, agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI), and tool-use protocols including MCP. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication — produces publication-quality reports with no editorial rework, leads CISO and engineering-leader briefings, and de-escalates contested findings with technical rigor. Mentors mid-level engineers and OSOC analysts through code review, paired testing, and methodology coaching. Comfortable representing Evolve Security externally — webinars, podcasts, conference CFPs, and client thought-leadership content. Certifications (Preferred, not required): OSWE, OSCP, OSEP, GWAPT, GXPN, Burp Suite Certified Practitioner; AI/ML-adjacent credentials and contributions such as AI Red Team certifications, published prompt injection research, MITRE ATLAS contributions, or SANS SEC545/SEC595. Expertise that aligns to our approach Lead end-to-end web application and API penetration tests as the senior technical owner, scoping the engagement, executing the assessment, and presenting findings to client security and engineering leadership. Apply structured testing techniques aligned to OWASP WSTG and OWASP API Security Top 10 to assess authentication, session management, access control (vertical and horizontal privilege escalation), input validation, error handling, and business logic flaws. Design and execute AI red team engagements against LLM-backed applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows — covering prompt injection (direct, indirect, multi-modal), jailbreak resilience, system prompt and tool-use exfiltration, training data and embedding leakage, insecure output handling, and excessive agency in tool-using agents. Map AI findings to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, OWASP ML Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework so client stakeholders can defend severity and remediation calls internally. Test the full AI application surface: model endpoints, prompt and response pipelines, retrieval augmentation, vector stores, fine-tuning pipelines, plugin / tool integrations (including MCP servers), guardrail and safety layers, and supporting cloud infrastructure. Demonstrate proficiency in manual exploit development for both classical web vulnerabilities (XSS, SQLi, SSRF, IDOR, CSRF, deserialization) and LLM-specific attacks (jailbreak chains, indirect prompt injection via RAG content, agent hijacking via crafted tool outputs). Validate authentication mechanisms — OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA implementations, and JWT — and how they extend into AI-specific surfaces such as agent identity, per-user tool scoping, and prompt-level authorization. Assess session management, secrets handling, and data-flow controls in AI applications, including how user data ends up in prompts, logs, vector stores, and model fine-tunes. Execute client-side testing using browser dev tools and proxy-based inspection, evaluating DOM-based vulnerabilities, insecure local storage, and AI-driven client behaviors (e.g., embedded copilots and in-page agents). Test REST and GraphQL APIs using a combination of dynamic, manual, and automated methods; extend the same rigor to model and agent APIs. Perform code-assisted (grey-box) and full source review when available, identifying logic flaws, insecure configurations, and dangerous patterns specific to AI integrations (untrusted-content-into-prompt, unbounded tool use, missing output sanitization). Build, maintain, and contribute to Evolve Security’s AI red team methodology, payload libraries, evaluation harnesses, and reporting templates — and serve as the firm-wide reviewer for AI-related findings. Mentor mid-level penetration testing engineers and OSOC analysts through paired testing, technical review, knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributions to internal training and the academy. Represent Evolve Security externally through conference talks, blog posts, webinars, and client thought-leadership content on application security and AI red teaming. Communicate findings clearly, with strong emphasis on business impact, reproducibility, and strategic remediation guidance that engineering teams can actually ship. Success in the first 6 months looks like: Published, version-controlled AI red team methodology covering LLM applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows, adopted across Evolve Security engagements. A reusable AI red team toolkit (custom Garak/PyRIT probes, payload libraries, evaluation harnesses) ready for any tester to use on a client engagement. Senior technical ownership of at least one strategic, AI-focused client account. Mentorship cadence in place with mid-level engineers and OSOC analysts; demonstrable uplift in their AI-related findings and reporting quality. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the bank-wide Model Risk Management (MRM) program, focusing on the annual assessment process, maintaining the model inventory, assisting in planning model validation, independent validation, and ongoing monitoring of quantitative models. The Sr. Manager, AI Audit & Automation designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI and automation solutions that transform how audit work is planned, executed, and evidenced. The role combines hands-on AI engineering with deep integration into audit workflows, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. This is a building role. This role is measured by what is created, what is adopted, and what is auditable not by hours logged or meetings attended. The successful candidate builds working systems, trains audit teams on the tools being built, and continuously improves the production environment based on real engagement feedback. About the Job We are hiring a Sr. Staff AI Security Engineer to secure Life360's AI infrastructure as it takes shape. You will sit within the AI Native Platform team, reporting directly to the CISO, working alongside the engineers designing and building each layer of the platform. This role is grounded in execution with real architectural reach. You'll drive delivery across key security domains while contributing to design decisions that shape how the platform is built. The patterns we are securing are still being defined, and part of the work is building and validating those patterns under real conditions. You’ll be active in architecture reviews, own security implementation across your domains, and build the controls that make it safe to move fast with AI. In a domain where the playbooks are still being written, part of the role is writing them. You won't be doing this alone, you'll work alongside additional security engineers and the broader team building the platform, with the expectation that this function grows as the platform does. The data at stake has real weight. Life360's systems carry real-time location data and family relationship graphs for tens of millions of people, including children. Design, build, and iterate the access controls, policy enforcement, and authorization patterns that govern how systems interact with the frontier models they rely on. Build secure patterns for MCP access and tool use authorization. Build and own the controls that vets, risk-tier, and govern how we integrate with external tools and services via MCP as adoption expands across engineering teams. Design and build the identity and authorization model for autonomous agents: service identities, scoped credentials, and least-privilege access patterns. Define and enforce the trust boundaries that govern how agents interact across orchestration chains. Design and build agentic observability and adversarial defenses. Build the telemetry pipelines and behavioral monitoring that provide visibility into AI system behavior. Lead design reviews, build access controls, data boundary enforcement, and abuse detection that keep a shared AI environment safe across users with different privilege levels. What We're Looking For 12+ years in security engineering with depth in application security, cloud security, IAM, or detection — and a track record of building controls that earn adoption, not just approval. Hands on builder shipping security controls that hold up in production. You’re not an advisor but a practitioner that can define patterns that last Hands-on fluency with LLM and agentic systems. You've built with these tools, broken them, and shipped fixes for prompt pipelines , RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration from the inside. Solid grounding in IAM for non-human systems: service identities, OAuth, secrets management, RBAC/ABAC, and least-privilege architecture at scale. Experience with production telemetry and detection — defining detections and building response paths for threat surfaces without established playbooks. Comfort with ambiguity and in-flight builds. You're energized by figuring things out — writing first-draft standards, testing approaches, and scaling what works. Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to push back when it matters. About the Role: We are seeking an AI Security Engineer to lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security, governance, and trust controls for AI systems across the organization. This role will focus on operationalizing AI system security controls using the Agentic Trust Framework mapped to OWASP guidance and the NIST AI RMF, with particular emphasis on observability engineering, behavioral monitoring, policy enforcement, misuse detection, and risk-informed response. This person will serve as a bridge between Security, Engineering, Data, Platform, Compliance, and AI product teams to ensure AI systems are not only functional and performant, but also trustworthy, auditable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise governance requirements. Key responsibilities … * Lead the design and uplift of the end-to-end Responsible AI governance framework, covering areas such as transparency, bias mitigation, explainability etc * Drive the operationalisation of policies and frameworks, embedding clear guardrails across AI development and use, including for third-party and internal AI to manage AI risks * Act as the internal SME on AI regulation and risk frameworks, translating regulatory expectations into clear, implementable technical and governance requirements (e.g. ISO42001, ISO42005, NIST AI RMF, Australian Guidance for AI Adoption) * Provide senior guidance and decisioning support on Responsible AI risks, controls and trade-offs across strategic initiatives and executive forums * Define and implement technical capabilities that enable Responsible AI by design, including evaluation, monitoring, traceability and auditability * Uplift and scale governance tooling and processes, including leveraging AI to enhance Responsible AI oversight and improve efficiency of governance activities * Lead AI use case intake, triage and preliminary risk assessments, partnering with SME and technical teams to assess risks such as explainability and ensure appropriate human-in-the-loop controls etc * Maintain core enterprise capabilities (e.g. AI inventory, monitoring and reporting) to support transparency, accountability and effective risk management * Partner with business and technology teams to ensure AI solutions deliver genuine customer value while meeting ethical and risk expectations * Act as a senior connector across multiple stakeholders to balance safety, compliance and delivery speed, and drive a cohesive Responsible AI culture * Champion ethical AI use, including initiatives that deliver positive societal and community outcomes * Develop and deliver training and organisational uplift on Responsible AI expectations and requirements Skills & experience * Demonstrated experience operating at a senior leadership level, driving enterprise-wide strategy and execution initiatives * Strong experience in AI risk, governance, compliance, legal, technology or related disciplines within a regulated environment * Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and ability to translate them into practical, scalable controls * Strong understanding of AI technologies, how they work, associated risks and how to manage them (e.g. bias, explainability, drift, misuse) * Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments * Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks and lifecycle oversight processes * Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability with sound judgement * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance. POSITION SUMMARY Bayview Asset Management is seeking a Senior Analyst, AI Governance to enhance the firm’s enterprise technology governance function. This role is responsible for assisting in the establishing and overseeing of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance framework that ensures alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and operational excellence. This Sr. Analyst will oversee AI governance, model risk alignment, technology risk management, and regulatory compliance across the organization. This role serves as a key control function, partnering with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and business leadership to ensure safe, responsible, and compliant use of technology — including emerging AI and Generative AI capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Document AI frameworks aligned with NIST, SCF, NYDFS, and regulatory best practices Continue the oversight of embed AI governance into IT, data, and enterprise risk programs Ensure governance is scalable, repeatable, and audit-ready through maintenance of AI risk taxonomy, reporting and escalations Partner with Model Risk Management to align with SR 11‑7 and OCC/Fed guidance Set standards for AI/model documentation and lifecycle oversight Govern internal, third‑party, and Generative AI solutions Identify, assess, and monitor AI risks Own mitigation strategies, control frameworks, and centralized risk register Assist in risk assessments, governance reviews, and control testing Ensure compliance with IT and AI regulatory requirements Serve as primary liaison for audits and regulatory exams Maintain documentation, evidence retention, and audit trails Lead periodic reviews and operational adoption Aligning governance with IT and digital transformation strategy Provide governance review for new technology initiatives Assess emerging AI technologies prior to adoption Define AI governance standards for vendors Partner with Vendor Risk to assess controls, transparency, validation, and data protection Ensure AI‑specific contractual safeguards SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS: Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001) Proficiency with IT governance, risk, and compliance tools Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts to non‑technical audiences Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound judgment in complex situations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI policies, procedures, and controls Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Understanding of AI/ML systems, including Generative AI and LLMs (conceptual + risk perspective; not hands-on engineering) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred Experience in AI/IT governance, risk management, or a related field, with direct exposure to AI/ML governance strongly preferred Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the IT domain Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT are highly desirable. Location and Compensation: This role can be fully remote, however if a candidate is found in the Toronto area, it is preferred. The compensation available for this role can be between $130,000 - $160,000 CAD. This range is dependent on experience. There is also a performance-based bonus structure available.
