We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Security Architect to join AI Security team in Israel. This is a hands-on, highly technical role responsible for defining security architecture and implementing robust security controls for our AI/ML systems and their underlying platforms.

What is the opportunity?  

As an Associate Director, Enterprise Model Risk Management (EMRM) in our Group Risk Management (GRM) team, you will execute and document validations of the Bank’s enterprise-wide credit risk rating systems and methodologies, with focus on Wholesale and Retail credit risk systems, including acquisition & account management models, as well as Wholesale, Retail, and Margin Lending AIRB parameters (Probability of Default (“PD”), Loss given Default (“LGD”) and Exposure at Default (“EAD”)) used in both regulatory and economic capital. You will develop and implement tools and methodologies required to underpin credit risk systems and parameters validation, and provide insightful robust analyses of credit risk systems, acquisition & account management models and risk quantification validations.

What will you do? 

• Perform ongoing Wholesale and Retail credit risk systems including acquisition & account management models as well as parameters validations and provide insightful analysis of validation results

• Perform a wide range of data reconciliations and analyses, e.g. organizing, interpreting and analyzing data using various statistical techniques catered for validation purposes   

• Execute and document appropriate quantitative and qualitative tests, review of the logic and conceptual soundness of credit risk rating systems, acquisition & account management models, as well as parameters and their inputs, accuracy, sensitivity, back testing, benchmarking etc.

• Develop and enhance approaches tailored to timelines and data availability, utilizing detailed or 80/20 solutions, and quantitative and/or qualitative approaches, as appropriate

• Deliver validation findings and elicit feedback and remediation action plans / solutions from model stakeholders

• Ensure project and risk objectives are accomplished within approved timeframes and complied with regulatory requirements, model risk policy and model operating standards

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have  

• Model development or model validation experience, preferably related to credit risk models used within the financial services industry. A strong understanding of credit risk modeling theories, principles and industry best practices.

• Strong conceptual, analytical, detailed oriented and problem-solving skills

• Strong computer skills – Python, SAS, SQL and Excel required; similar open-source programming languages (i.e. R, or Scala, PySpark) and code sharing solutions (Github) are essential

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $108,000.00 and $185,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. • Support the development and execution of the model monitoring roadmap, ensuring the practices are forward-looking, risk-informed, and aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations. 

• Lead performance oversight for high-impact models, prioritizing monitoring efforts based on risk, materiality, and business impact—ensuring the right models receive the right level of scrutiny. 

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with model developers, users, validators, and risk officers to ensure that performance insights are integrated throughout the model lifecycle—from design to retirement. 

• Continuously evolve the monitoring function, staying ahead of industry best practices, emerging risks, and new technologies to ensure our capabilities remain strong, relevant, and resilient.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• 8+ years of of experience model analytics, monitoring, validation, or credit risk strategy within a financial or regulated setting. Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 

• Solid understanding of model performance metrics such as KS, AUC, PSI, and statistical indicators of stability and drift. 

• Ability to synthesize complex technical findings into business-friendly communications and recommendations. 

• Experience managing multiple projects or monitoring streams, with attention to timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations. 

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create actionable performance dashboards. 

• Working knowledge of performance drift metrics, stability indicators, and key model health metrics. 

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize technical insights into business-aligned narratives and actionable recommendations.

AI Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Security Engineer to join a dynamic team of AI Security engineers in Israel. This critical role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust security controls for our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) systems and their underlying platforms. The successful candidate will proactively identify and mitigate unique security risks associated with the AI/ML lifecycle, including model integrity, data poisoning, adversarial attacks, and system robustness. This is a highly technical role that will design, code and deploy AI security solutions to support our company’s AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

●  Design and implement end-to-end security controls for the entire ML/AI pipeline, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and production monitoring. This includes:

○  Security reference architectures for various AI deployment patterns, including MCP/Agentic AI.

○ Control deployment to ensure model integrity and governance, ensuring proper access control (RBAC/ABAC) to models and feature stores.

○ AI tooling to improve and automate overall cybersecurity posture across the board, including the entire incident management lifecycle, vulnerability management, 3rd party Risk, and managing emerging AI threat vectors.

●  Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate security best practices into the AI development lifecycle, including secure model training, validation, and deployment.

● Support security engineers in the evaluation of AI systems being developed and implemented. Conduct threat modeling specific to AI/ML systems, identifying vulnerabilities related to data poisoning, model evasion, extraction, and integrity.

● Research and Innovate: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI security, conduct research, and contribute to the development of innovative security solutions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Information Security, with at least 1+ years focused on securing AI/ML systems. Experience in analyzing systems and identifying security and abuse problems, threat modeling, and remediation is critical in this role.

● Education (Preferred): Minimum BA/BS degree. Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
