What is the opportunity?  

As an Associate Director, Enterprise Model Risk Management (EMRM) in our Group Risk Management (GRM) team, you will execute and document validations of the Bank’s enterprise-wide credit risk rating systems and methodologies, with focus on Wholesale and Retail credit risk systems, including acquisition & account management models, as well as Wholesale, Retail, and Margin Lending AIRB parameters (Probability of Default (“PD”), Loss given Default (“LGD”) and Exposure at Default (“EAD”)) used in both regulatory and economic capital. • Support the Director of Behavioral Analytics Model Validation in the development and execution of overall validation work plan
• Independently validate and/or guide junior analyst(s) to validate new and existing AML, Fraud and other customer behavioral analytics models with a concentration on models used for BMO Canada, US and international lines of business. 
• Ensure the assigned validation projects are completed within required timeline and in compliance with the model risk management framework requirement.

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Analyst, Model Monitoring is a role (Individual Contributor) within the India Analytics Hub (IAH), operating under the Decision Management vertical and plays a critical role in the post-deployment monitoring of credit and decision models across the enterprise. This individual is responsible for executing performance tracking routines, developing dashboards, supporting performance investigations, and collaborating with model owners and risk stakeholders to ensure models remain accurate, explainable, and compliant. Essential Responsibilities

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Model Risk Senior Analyst to join the Enterprise Model Risk Management (EMRM) team. EMRM is a multi-disciplinary team within Operational Risk that uses applied concepts in econometrics, financial forecasting, balance sheet management, capital liquidity, and financial regulatory requirements management to evaluate firm-wide models, machine learning algorithms, and Gen-AI use cases.  The team also plays a key role in the Firm’s AI governance framework.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic team independently evaluating models supporting a variety of business activities such as anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance screening, financial and investment risk management, and Gen-AI-enabled processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with business teams and technical support functions covering a broad range of activities and technologies, including high-profile strategic initiatives with exposure to senior leadership.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytically strong Non‑Model Risk Reviewer to support the independent review, challenge, and governance of non-model tools used across the organization. These tools include quantitative calculators, automated spreadsheets, decision rules, pricing tools, scenario generators, and other processes that inform business decisions but do not meet the definition of a formal model under enterprise Model Risk policies.

This role ensures these tools are fit for purpose, accurate, well‑controlled, and compliant with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independent Review & Validation

• Conduct independent assessment of non-model tools, including calculators, spreadsheets, rules-based engines, decision aids, and vendor utilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Enterprise AI Governance Office (AIGO) within the Enterprise Advanced Analytics and AI Hub at CIBC is responsible for ensuring that all AI activities at CIBC are governed in accordance with the Enterprise AI Framework and its associated processes and standards. AIGO develops, operationalizes, and continuously improves AI governance practices to manage AI-related risks, ensure regulatory readiness, and enable responsible innovation across the bank.

The Control Tester and Advisor – Data & AI Governance is responsible for executing and leading control testing activities and providing risk and control advisory support related to Data Governance and AI Governance.

This role assesses design effectiveness and operating effectiveness of controls, performs end-to-end process walkthroughs, analyzes governance artifacts, and identifies, documents, and communicates control issues. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Security Architect to join AI Security team in Israel. This is a hands-on, highly technical role responsible for defining security architecture and implementing robust security controls for our AI/ML systems and their underlying platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards

• Performs monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation

• Leads the implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts

• Manages the performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality inspection reviews

• Ensures timely execution of QA activities including control execution, case management, and results reporting

• Manages and reviews all operations front line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews

• Ensures accuracy of data and that relevant information is captured for inspection metrics to support governance for dashboard reporting

• Lead and execute model governance strategy for Global Technology, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Model Risk Management and Artificial Intelligence policies, standards, and regulatory expectations

• Oversee the AI, model, and critical-use spreadsheet portfolio, including model identification, health assessments, inventory management, and quarterly attestations

• Drive risk mitigation strategies to proactively address model risk issues, control gaps, and emerging risks across technology and information security domains

• Review, maintain, and enhance model documentation, tracking, reporting, and ongoing compliance processes

• Translate enterprise MRM requirements into Global Technology–specific procedures, controls, and governance frameworks

• Partner closely with technology leaders, GIS teams, and lines of business to coordinate deliverables, priorities, and governance routines

• Prepare and quality‑review executive‑level materials, metrics, and reporting for senior management and governance forums

• Coordinate cross‑divisional timelines and deliverables, ensuring commitments are met accurately and on schedule

• Define, monitor, and manage Model Risk Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to support risk transparency and informed decision‑making

• Participate in governance forums to assess model inventory health, developer activity, and adherence to policy expectations

• Support audits, regulatory exams, issues management, and remediation efforts related to model risk and governance

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance model risk management processes, partnering across teams to drive execution

• Manage cross‑functional governance programs and projects, balancing strategic objectives with operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent experience in a Risk & Control, Governance, Compliance, or related environment

• Strong ability to communicate complex technical and risk concepts in clear, concise language tailored to diverse audiences

• Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and execution excellence in delivering results

• Proven experience acting as a change agent, driving adoption and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams without direct authority

• Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving environments, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

• Strategic, self‑directed, organized, and capable of operating with minimal supervision

• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and execute against deadlines while adhering to enterprise policies and standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Global Technology organization and enterprise technology operating models

• Strong understanding of Information Security principles, technologies, attack vectors, and associated risks

• Prior experience in Cybersecurity Operations, including exposure to incident response, privacy, or threat management disciplines

• Infrastructure domain experience within Risk, CTO, and/or Global Information Security organizations

• Strong working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework

• Advanced understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, exploits, malware, and digital forensics to support informed risk decisions

• Proven experience implementing Compliance and Operational Risk Program requirements, including risk assessments, control design, and issues management
